The only example which preserves complete at least one figure is the illustrated figurine in the Museum of Cycladic Art. The figurine is particularly interesting for a further reason; it is one of the very few known cases of repair and reworking of figurines after breakage. The repair of figurines, and of vases too, attests that these objects were considered valuable not only because of their utility or their particular symbolism, but also because of the skill and knowledge that their production demanded.
