The administration building was constructed along with the creation of the board and lodging for the people working in the construction of the dam. This building housed all administrative services, the office of the head of the dam, the local gendarmerie station, and the infirmary. The fuel tanks placed close to the building supplied all the trucks and cars used for transport works during the construction of the dam. It is worth noting that here one of the shelters where, during World War II, the teacher took refuge with the school children to protect them from the bombings, every time they would hear the siren- alarm, is located.
