Obsidian
Obsidian
Obsidian is a hard, black and sharp volcanic rock which was used for weapons and tools, such as blades. The villagers used the blades to cut, but also to carve details in the marble. Obsidian was abundant in Milos. However, it has been found in other areas as a result of trade that took place in the ancient Cyclades. Touch a raw piece of rock.
