Antennarius maculatus
Rocky intercontinental societies
Antennarius maculatus or Anglerfish is found in the Indian and Pacific Ocean. Its camouflage makes it look like a stone or coral, while it has a small thin protrusion at the top of its head, which looks like a small worm when it’s moving. That way, it attracts and captures its unsuspecting prey, which approaches thinking it has found a delicacy.
