The portrait bust in the Museum of the city of Athens, which was sculpted in 1852, is a copy of the portrait bust sculpted by Enrico Franzoni in 1836, which is displayed in Hohenschwangau Castle. That is to say, it was made during the period Otto lived in the Old Royal Palace, three years after he became King of Greece, at the age of 21.
