Exit the Holy of Holies from the offering table room's doorway on your right hand side, at stop 14, and turn left to make a U-turn.Head as though going back the way you came, You will see remnants of a niched wall on your right hand side. You'll see some rooms ahead. Take the second door to find yourself in the Birth Room.
