A skillful spider
The spider and Athena Ergane
Arachne was a humble maiden from a village of only five inhabitants. Her father was a tailor, so from a really young age she demonstrated her talent in weaving. She was so talented that even the Nymphs paid attention to the way she was moving her fingers.
