Exit the tunnel. When its entrance is behind you, walk to the left until you reach the rooms that occupy the Citadel's eastern enclosure wall. Remember that the sea indicates the north. Next to the rooms, you will find a staircase on the left. Take the stairs to reach the roof, and then walk towards the right. Pick a spot that's to your liking to enjoy the view of the Eastern Harbor.
