From the exit of the Nasrids Palaces to El Partal, take the stairs just in front and go up until the last platform. From there, turn right and go straight ahead until you exit the gardens. You are at the back of the Charles V Palace. Go around the building until you reach the façade in front of the Alcazaba, which is the main entrance.
