lexandros K. Vouros was born in Athens. He was a diplomat and he worked in Greek embassies in Belgium, Spain, Montenegro, Abyssinia, France, Hungary, Venezuela and Turkey. He was grandson of Stamatios Dekozis Vouros. With his legacy, he founded the Dekozis – Vouros Foundation, along with his nephew Lambros Eftaxias.
