The first Soviet hotel – 11, Komsomolskaya Street
If you go into the courtyard at 7, Revolutionary Street you will find a special place in which the spirit of the 19th century is very present. The so-called “red” courtyard is but a small corner tucked away in the Belarusian capital. Not easy to find, it is hidden behind a black slatted gate. At first glance, the structure is nondescript, but if you glimpse through this gate, you will be wondrously transported 100 years back in time.
