To reach the next point of interest, go back to Room N°553 at the entrance of the Napoleon III apartments. There is only one way in and out. When leaving Room N°553, go down the stairs and turn to Room N°505 on the landing. Walk through all the rooms until you reach Room N°501 (the one hosting the statuette of Charlemagne). Go through the room, and upon exiting, turn to the left and walk towards the escalators you used earlier. Go down to Level 0 and proceed to Room N°236 in front of you. Follow the left side to Room N°234. Look to the left. Right in the middle of this small room is a showcase with the statue of Ebih-Il, a steward from Mari in Mesopotamia.
