Once you are under the Arch of Titus, facing the Roman Forum, walk away from the arch to your left and walk up the Clivus Palatinus (or the Palatinus slope) that goes up the hill. After a few meters, you will see on your right the Horrea Vespasiani. Find a comfortable spot to gaze over the remains and listen to the stories of how it all started.
