The perpetual union of creation
Kavirio
Great Gods, powerful Gods or serene Gods, the Kabirian gods of Thebes were worshiped far from the sight of the uninitiated, close to the grove of the Kabirian Dimitra and her daughter, only a few kilometers from Thebes. This holy area was once a city where its inhabitants were called Kabirians. The Goddess Dimitra met two Kavirians: Prometheus and his son Etnies, whom she trusted with a secret: “Fortunate is he who, having seen this wonder, descends to the depths of Earth. He knows the end of life, he knows the Divine spring” she said, according to Pindar, since the inner teachings of the mysteries were centered on human birth, a reverence which began in the 6th Cent. B.C., and continued until the 4th Cent. AD.
