Standing in the Entrance Hall, facing the fountain on the wall in front of you, turn around, and you will find two steps leading to a closed loggia. You must enter that loggia, where you will find, in front of the scale model of the Palace, the grand double doors leading into the Swan Room. Cross these and stand in the middle of the room to learn about its history.
