Reviving the past
Archaeological Museum of Amfissa
In a two-story upper-class residence dating back to the beginning of the 20th Cent. which has been transformed over the years, since it once housed the National Bank and, later on, the Greek Gendarmerie’s offices, findings from Amfissa and other locations of the Fokida region, chronologically covering the period from the Bronze Age up to the first Byzantine years, are displayed.
