Head back up the ramp or stairs and return to the gallery. Make your way through the gallery (you’ll notice it resembles a ship) and head right. Continue along the exhibit's path (making a left at the display called "Caring for Each Other"). Stop when you get to the first panel on your right – it should read “Regulating Immigration”.
