Guinness Storehouse
The Guinness Storehouse is a museum dedicated to the history of beer, emphasising the preeminent Irish brewer Arthur Guinness. It is housed in the former fermentation plant for the St. James's Gate Brewery, built in 1904. The museum opened in 2000 and quickly became a major tourist attraction, receiving over twenty million visitors. The atrium was carved out of the heart of the building to resemble a pint glass and offers access to the magnificent Gravity Bar on the top floor, allowing visitors to enjoy panoramic views of Dublin as they sample the brewery’s products.
