All for one and one for all
Abrahamic Family House
The Abrahamic Family House is an interfaith complex consisting of a mosque, a church, and a synagogue. It was inaugurated in 2023 to facilitate inter-religious dialogue, serve as a symbol of coexistence among the followers of the three Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) and remind the world of the UAE’s long history of tolerance, diversity, and peace. The Ghanaian-British architect David Adjaye designed three cubic houses of worship that appear unified despite their different orientations. All three rest atop a plinth.
