While facing the incinerator, you will turn left and continue along the path that you are currently on. At the top, the road will fork in two directions. Take your right and follow that path; it is long, winding and steep! Along the way, you will find a small veranda with a tower and majestic views over Regaleira–if you would like to take a break for the view and some pictures, enjoy it! But remember to stay on this same path, as there is a little bit more to go to reach the well, so return here, to this point! After you have passed the veranda and tower overlooking Regaleira’s grounds, you will see, to your right, a narrow path flanked by rocks and dense vegetation, and there will likely be a plaque indicating that this is the way to the Initiation Well. Take this winding path until, at the top, you will see the line to the well. For the purpose of the continuity of this tour, it is advised that you do not go into the well yet but only once you are finished with the tour, as exiting it involves a completely different path that tends to change with time. If you decide to stay on this path and not go into the well yet, then, having just arrived at the top of this climb, take your left and walk along that path until the line comes to an end. You will see people entering what looks like an unsuspecting cave, which in fact, merely looks like a pile of rocks from the distance. This unsuspecting entrance is the Initiation Well!
