Once you have entered the Gallery of the Acropolis Slopes, head to your right. Keep your gaze looking down. On the glass floor you will see an illuminated floor tile containing the remains of broken pottery, animal bones and burned sacrifice remnants. It is the first exhibit, the Engainion, coming from a 3rd century B.C. residence.
