Facing the chapel of St. Sebastian, turn to your left and continue straight down the right nave of the Basilica. The Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament will be to your right. It is behind the gate and the curtains, reserved for private prayers only. Walk around the wooden barriers and continue always down the right nave of the basilica. You will pass by the funerary monument of Gregory XIII on your right, and eventually be facing the Chapel of St. Jerome.
